About Rue

We are looking to rehome our 7-month-old Bernedoodle, Rue. She is incredibly smart, affectionate, and truly a wonderful dog. We love her deeply, which is what makes this so difficult. We made the decision after realizing that right now, we simply cannot give her the level of time, attention, and consistency she needs and deserves. She is a high-energy, very intelligent puppy who thrives on engagement, structure, and ongoing training - and we've come to accept that we are not able to meet that the way she deserves long-term. This is not a rushed decision. We have invested a lot into her, including professional training, and have spent a lot of time trying to make it work because we care about her so much. But at this stage in our lives, it wouldn't be fair to her to continue on knowing she needs more than we can give. We are looking for a loving, committed home where she can truly thrive.
