About Apollo

His name is apollo. I saved him from a flea infested home that didn't have the time or resources to take care of him a few days ago. Unfortunately I can not take care of him long term due to me being a bilateral above the knee amputee but I will be taking care of him until he finds a good home. His birthday is July 4th and he is turning 4 this year. He has lived 90% of his life in a cage, only out to go potty and has never really had a place to call home. His back, ears and paws are all raw from the living conditions. He is now flea free and in his healing process so he will look better as time goes on. he really is the sweetest most affectionate baby and gets along with other dogs, cats and kids (he would prefer to have a playmate but does well by himself too). He just wants to be loved on always, just super excited to be out and be loved on (don't blame him after what he's been through). Hes not food aggressive or aggressive at all. I have never heard him bark. The neighborss dogs bark at him through the fence and he just looks at them not paying any mind. He walks on a leash very well and dont pull. Hes just all around a good dog. He doesn't chew on anything and honestly we got him toys and he dont even know how to play with them. He is cage trained and potty trained. He goes and lays in his cage when its open. There will be a rehome fee so if you are interested in meeting him I can go into more details and send more pictures and videos. He just deserves a good loving home. In cape coral FL. He currently lives with multiple cats and used to live with other dogs with no issues.
