About Penelope

Hello, I am trying to help my elderly father rehome his beloved French Bulldog Penelope. Unfortunately his health is declining and he is not able to give her the care and attention she needs. He is looking at going into a care home shortly. She is about 8 years old and spayed. She is on the smaller side length wise but is a few lbs overweight. She is housetrained, loves to go to the park and also loves to play in the sprinkles. Super friendly, has been around small children and cats her while life.
