About Juneau

Juneau is a handsome 2-year-old Husky weighing about 50 lbs with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He's fully potty trained and is learning that the crate isn't the end of the world - although he does enjoy giving his best husky commentary about it when needed. True to his breed, he's vocal, expressive, playful, and full of life. He does pretty well on a leash but is still working on it.. Juneau seems to do great with other dogs, and we're doing a temperament check at doggy daycare tomorrow, so send him some luck! He's been wonderful with teenagers, but because he's a big, playful boy who loves to wrestle, he hasn't been around small children yet. Cats would probably not be the best fit for him considering how badly he wants to chase them. Juneau is incredibly affectionate and loves being with his people. He's sweet with all of the family members and our other dog - even if his version of play sometimes looks like he's trying to lovingly 'eat' them. He already knows how to sit and would thrive with someone willing to continue his training and give him the exercise and attention Huskies are known to need.
