About Tiki

This is TIKI, For nearly three years, my senior mom has lovingly cared for two very special rescue dogs, Tiki and Sampson. When they were tiny puppies, she stepped in to save them and helped find homes for all their siblings - but these two beautiful souls are still waiting. They are now magnificent adult dogs, fully vetted and healthy. A DNA test showed an incredible mix: Perro de Presa Canario, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, with small amounts of Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shepherd, and even a touch of wolf. They are truly stunning dogs. Despite being posted on multiple rescue and adoption sites, they seem to have been quietly overlooked, and our hearts ache for them because they deserve a real chance. Tiki and Sampson have lived safely in a large outdoor dog run where they take turns running free each day. Because their world has been small, they are shy and a bit timid, but they are gentle and sweet. They absolutely love playing fetch and chasing a ball. What they really need is someone patient to guide them and help them experience more of life. Ideally, they would thrive with a confident, friendly dog to help show them the way and a patient foster or family willing to invest a little time in helping them build confidence. In rescue, we try our hardest to save animals and prepare them for the future. Sometimes the ones who wait the longest simply need a little extra help learning about the world. I truly believe that with the right person, their potential will shine. We cannot let another three years pass for them. They deserve to know what it feels like to belong to a family of their own.
