About IVY

HI - I'M IVY! I'm a 5-year-old Siberian Husky girl, currently in the Greater Seattle area. I'm a sweet soul, always ready to share my warmth with you. I'm pretty smart too, I've been told. I love exploring, sniffing out new things, and can slip out of a collar in no time. I'm also quite independent, content to entertain myself, but I do love humans. Your company will my favorite pastime. I'm mellow for a husky, and easy to have around. And I'm cuddly. I love a good snuggle! My curiosity keeps life interesting, and my gentleness makes me a great companion. I was rescued from a California shelter, where I had a kennel mate. But I can be a bit of an alpha girl, so my canine companion would need to be pretty special and understanding of my bossy girl ways. I truly am a people dog, and will be your shadow and welcome you home with a smile and a wag. I'm still very active and would love to go on some long walks or hikes. I weigh about 55 lbs. I'm currently in Southern Washington but can be transported via airplane to Alaska (accompanied only). Please email for an application and additional photos.
