Blossom is a 4 year old guinea pig who lived her entire life with her sister Shadow. A few days ago, Shadow suddenly died. We don't know why. Since then, Blossom has seemed unhappy. It's harder to get her to interact with us. She needs to be with other guinea pigs and we won't be getting more, as we're getting a dog. I don't want to have her euthanized, but I think it's cruel to keep her alone.
