About Star

Star is a small girl! * 9 month old Terrier mix * small in size; weighs 23 pounds * brought in as stray * not spayed yet but she will be * heartworm test not completed yet * calm and quiet; mostly lays on her bed * overwhelmed in the noisy shelter environment * welcomes pets once she trusts you * she knows the sit command * gentle treat taker * wants to please Star is much smaller than she looks weighing 23 pounds. Poor little Star is confused and sad to be here. The shelter is a scary place for her with all the loud noise and unfamiliar faces. She lays curled up on her bed wondering why she's here and where her family is. She's a little shy at first but submissive and once she feels safe she relaxes more. She is calm and as quiet as a mouse. She has good manners and she's very submissive to you. Sweet Star would love to have a home quickly.
