About Waylon

Yellow Lab Alert! Say hello to beautiful and fun Waylon....he's such a great dog! He's a pure breed Labrador Retriever who is 2 years old and weighs 75 pounds. He and his brother Rocky were surrendered to the Shelter because their owners could no longer take care of them. Long Road Home has rescued him and although he misses his family we are committed to finding him a wonderful forever home who will love him forever. Waylon is a very friendly guy and gets along great everyone he meets and loves to play with other dogs too. He's a strong boy and will thrive with a family who have experience with Labs or larger breed dogs. He's living with a great Foster Mom and she says his leash skills need a bit more training - he smart & listens well and just needs consistent guidance and practice. Waylon is healthy and up to date on his vaccinations and housebroken. He's so ready for his happy forever home!
