About Toby

Toby is a very energetic, protective, and special dog. Unfortunately, he has bitten someone in our home before. He tends to show aggressive behavior inside the house, especially when unfamiliar people arrive. His behavior changes very quickly, and he becomes reactive and territorial. I have been trying to find professional help for him, but most of the options available are online only and very expensive. My husband does not feel comfortable paying such a high amount for Zoom appointments. We would really prefer one-on-one help, but we live about three hours away. At this point, we have considered surrendering him, but we do not want him to be put to sleep. We truly want to give him another opportunity, and I am willing to pay for training or behavioral help while we work toward finding him a safe and suitable family. I would sincerely appreciate any advice, recommendations, or resources you may have. Thank you so much for your time and understanding.
