About Jack

Jack is an extremely loving boy. Who is protective of his people. He has aggressive tendencies towards male dogs which has been identified as resource guarding (food, toys, and people). He does great with our female dogs! We are not sure how he is with cats or kids as we dont have either in the home. He loves to cuddle and go on adventures. He loves all the attention the world can give him. He is house and kennel trained. The only reason we are looking to rehome him is due to unfair conditions between him and our other male who we have had since he was a puppy. His puppy years are unknown as we rescued him from being dumped in our community. He is going to need someone who has the patience to help him over come his resource guarding. He is heartworm positive but is in the early stages of heartworms. He would thrive in a home where he is the only dog or with a female sibling. And would love to have a fenced in yard to run in!he does have an allergy to chicken.
