About Oliver

Meet Oliver Oliver, along with his brothers, Finn and Gus are practically identical triplets. Oliver and his brothers rule the cat room, they dash over every time the door opens just to see what fun (or food) the staff or volunteers are bringing them. The three of them love laser light, cat trees, and the exercise wheel! The funniest part about all three of them is the desire to drape themselves across any and everything. They are so relaxed, they hang like wet noodles and our staff / volunteers just love it! Oliver is a happy, playful, quirky, silly, affectionate and friendly kitten. He has subtle white hair on his chest and a small white dot on his front left shoulder. He has an incredibly silky coat that catches the sun, and he LOVES to hang out in the window and look out at the world. Oliver is a talker - he greets everyone with meows! Oliver (and his brothers) will do well in your home, preferably with a kitty or pup companion and a tall cat tree. Once an application is submitted online, you will receive an email saying your application has been successfully submitted. If you don't receive this email within 24 hours, please check to make sure all application fields were completed or email us at [email protected]. All adopters must complete an approval process which involves a reference check with current/recent vet and a brief home visit if located in the immediate area. We do permit out-of-state adoptions. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. We do not ship, nor do we transport them to their new homes. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are either owner relinquished rescued from area Animal Controls or high kill shelters. The facility usually operates at capacity with a list of animals waiting for space to open.
