Frosty is posted as an Alaskan Husky breed on CACC's website link. Arrived at the shelter on April 26th, as a chipped stray. Frosty is only about 2 years old. No one has come to claim him, sadly. Especially sadly, since Huskies, more than other breeds, don't tolerate the degree of confinement and isolation, which he is experiencing at the shelter, since they are especially active breeds, who also have great need for mental stimulation. Thus, they may suffer mental anguish, the longer they are confined, which may lead to being 'humanely' euthanized at the shelter. If adopted, he will be neutered by the shelter at no charge; can also foster Frosty (can explain process). Please, contact this page for further info., arrange a meet and greet. He needs out ASAP!!!
