Help me please! I am at risk of being euthanized when the shelter gets over capacity since am considered a longer-term doggie at the shelter (arrived Feb. 17th). I recently had a sleepover for a few days with one of the volunteers at the shelter, due to work at the shelter. They had wonderful things to say about me. Great on leash, no reactivity during walks, smart and affectionate, loved meeting new people, like my treats, cuddler, self-entertainer with doggie toys, crate trained, and slept through the night. I am a good boy, as you can see. I met a girl doggie at the shelter on leash and showed lots of energy in my attempts to play, lots of wagging of the tail. I am a super star in doggie playgroup (boy and girl doggies). Please come visit me. Maybe take me home? Come. Human speaking here now, please, please, if have the ability to adopt, even foster Rhys (different process-which I can explain), any of the dogs listed at the shelter on here, many more that aren't listed, come out to Chicago Animal Care and Control, contact this page. If want to see other wonderful doggies, besides Rhys, possibly save a life, at Chicago Animal Care and Control, who are also in great need of finding a loving home, scroll down and click on, 'Chicago Animal Care and Control', on left hand side. Come.
