About Roxy

Meet Roxy - Happy, Healthy, a Little Hefty Roxy is a 2-year-old pit mix with a big heart and an independent spirit. She's extremely food-motivated (snacks are the way to her heart!) and fully house-trained-she'll patiently hold it until she's let outside. Roxy came to us after a bite incident, but it's clear she was not at fault. Since arriving, she has shown zero aggression toward people. In fact, she tends to be more of a 'do her own thing' kind of girl-happy to wander the yard, sniff the flowers, and enjoy life at her own pace. She's been around children and does just fine-she allows pets but isn't overly clingy. Roxy is what we like to call 'miss independent.' She's not needy, not demanding-just a calm, easygoing companion who coexists peacefully in a home. Roxy has had a litter in the past and is ready to leave that chapter behind and be someone's beloved companion.
