About Silas

I'm Silas. Last Day Dog Turned Everyone's Best Friend. I'm 2 years old. Medium size. Brown and white coat. A Pit Bull Terrier who almost ran out of time in Calumet City. I was rescued on my last day. That part is over now. What matters is who I am. I love people. All of them. Kids, adults, anyone who walks in the room. I don't hold back. I walk right up like we already know each other. I'm house trained. I do well with other dogs. I fit into a home without making things complicated. I've got that easy, friendly energy that makes people feel comfortable around me right away. I'm not neutered yet -but will be soon, but I'm up to date on my shots and ready for the next step. I've got a playful side, but I'm not over the top. I just like being part of things. Sitting with you, walking with you, hanging out while life happens. I don't need anything fancy. Just a home where I get to stay. A person who chooses me and means it.
