Clementine joined our family in 2018 as a rescue from Arkansas. She was found under a dumpster pregnant and scared. After her liter and spaying is when we got her. When we first brought her home she was timid but got along with our other male dog. She is an Alpha female and likes to do things her way and is protective of her land. A fabulous watch dog and would be great on a farm. She does not like children which is why we are looking for a better home for her. We now have two grandchildren, and she isn't happy. Growling, snapping and showing her teeth at our 3 year old grandson whenever he is around. She suffers from anxiety when a storm is coming, and prefers to hide in the basement. We have to sedate and muzzle her when she goes to the vet. She does well in the car, and when getting a bath. She loves to be outside and run and play in the snow. We are heartbroken to lose her, but know that our lives have changed and she deserves better than to have to stay in a crate when the kids come over. She is crate trained and is a very good eater and food driven.
