About Lucky (aka Moonpie)

Lucky (aka Moonpie) is an incredibly sweet, loving dog who truly just wants to be close to her people. She's a 12 lb. Maltipoo mix born on 8/1/25. She'll happily curl up next to you on the couch and snuggle for hours, and wherever you go in the house, she'll likely be right behind you-she loves being your little shadow. Lucky is leash trained and is working on potty training. She sleeps in her crate at night and does well there, though she'd probably be happiest curled up in bed with you if given the choice! Although getting better with time, Lucky has separation anxiety, so she would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time. She can stay home alone uncrated for a few hours at a time. She is looking for a home that is willing to continue helping her feel safe and secure. She loves other dogs and would do well with a fur sibling. She is wonderful with kids and has been very patient and gentle with them. She also loves playing with her toys, being held, and getting lots of snuggles.
