* 7 month old Terrier mix * weighs 34 pounds * heartworm negative * not spayed yet but she will be * owner surrender- not able to take care of her anymore due to owner's health * very people friendly - greets you at her door * dog friendly - per previous owner * kid friendly; all ages - per previous owner * house and crate trained; she's an indoor dog * knows commands - sit, come, lay down, and outside * she enjoys being a lap dog and chew toys * easy to leash and walk * good girl with great manners; quiet, calm and well behaved at all times * had a fun time outside showing off her happy and playful side * great pup - she's playful, happy, loving, gentle * wants to please and listens well * welcomes all attention
