Oliver is a mixed breed, a true texas mutt! He was dumped in a full kill shelter with a huge gash on his neck. We were heartbroken for him. Once out of the shelter, his gash healed, he is in great spirits in foster care. Oliver gets along well with the other dogs in the foster home.
