About Artie

We are giving Artie away on behalf of my mother in law who owns Artie and lives in San Antonio. We live in San Marcos and are willing to drive to San Antonio. Artie comes from a home where he was neglected and malnourished due to extensive circumstances. He gets along well with a patient owner, but lacks training and discipline. He gets along with other dogs if very slowly introduced, and is lacking in socializing with dogs as a whole. He isn't used to his strength and can unintentionally harm an innocent pet. He would do best in a one dog household with a patient owner that has a large backyard and can train him, and provide play, and meet his needs.
