About Poppy

This is Poppy, a 4-year-old Jack Russell-Dachshund mix weighing about 25 pounds. She's a sweet, easygoing girl who loves getting dressed up and being part of the fun. Poppy does best in a calm environment and prefers the company of one or two dogs at a time rather than a large group. She can be a little shy and submissive, and may growl if she feels overwhelmed, but she has never shown any aggression. Poppy is a very low-maintenance companion-she's perfectly content relaxing at home, can be left alone during the day, and is fully house-trained. She doesn't chew or get into things, making her an easy addition to a household. She enjoys going on walks, car rides, and will happily show off her adorable twirls and 'dances' when she's excited. Poppy would thrive in a loving home that can give her a calm, stable environment. She truly is a wonderful, well-behaved dog ready to find her perfect match.
