About Lucy

Lucy resembles a 'Lurcher,' a breed type that is often a cross between a sighthound and a terrier. (But it's impossible to know what her breed mix is without a DNA test.) Lucy is a sweet foster girl who loves her people. She is a puppy so needs monitoring and lots of toys, which she loves. She's been in a home with an older, submissive dog, a cat, and 3 kids (ages 9, 12, and 13). She is a people pleaser and listens pretty well. She sleeps through the night in her kennel and stays in a kennel during the day when there is no one home. She can be playful with my dog but shows signs of jealousy when attention is given to him. She also must be fed separate from other dogs. She is very curious about our cat but hasn't shown any signs of prey drive. She's tried to be playful but the cat is not. Lucy is friendly with my kids but she is working on jumping. Overall, Lucy is a sweet girl with lots of love to give. She loves to snuggle and get pets. She is a love bug with a heart full of joy and a dream of finding her forever family. She's incredibly smart, eager to learn, and always ready for her next adventure - whether that's playing outside in the sunshine or cozying up indoors with her favorite people. Lucy's playful spirit and affectionate nature make her the perfect mix of fun and cuddles.
