Hi, I'm Roscoe. If you've been looking for a loyal sidekick with a little personality (okay, a lot), I'm your guy! I'm a red-and-white husky with bright blue eyes and a deep appreciation for the outdoors, good company, and, most importantly, my Nylabone. I take that last one very seriously. It's not just a chew toy; it's a lifestyle. I don't share it, but I will share my heart, my loyalty, and my excellent company. I'm what you'd call a 'respectful wildlife enthusiast.' Deer absolutely fascinate me...I like to watch them and contemplate whether I might belong among them. Squirrels are interesting, cats are�'�| still under review, but I approach life with curiosity and an open mind. When it comes to other dogs, I'm a total gentleman. I get along great with my foster sister. We've got a solid roommate dynamic where everyone respects boundaries and snacks. It's working out beautifully, and I'd be happy to have a canine companion in my forever home. I'll be honest, I can be a bit of a picky eater. Not dramatic about it, just selective. I like what I like, and once I settle in, I find my rhythm pretty easily. Speaking of settling in, I might need a little time at first to adjust to a new environment, but once I do, I'm incredibly loyal and affectionate. I'm not big on toys in general, and I don't need fancy furniture either. My favorite place to be is right at your feet, curled up and keeping you company like a fluffy, slightly opinionated foot warmer. I'll follow you from room to room...not because I'm clingy, but because I take my role as your personal assistant very seriously. I'm housebroken, crate trained, and I sleep in my crate at night like a pro. I ride well in the car, walk nicely on a leash (though I may try to investigate something intriguing along the way), and I really enjoy spending time outside in a fenced yard just taking in the world. I do have a voice, and I'm not afraid to use it when I've got something to say, but I'd call it more 'expressive' than 'needy.' Think of it as short, meaningful commentary on daily life. At the end of the day, I'm a curious, affectionate, and loyal companion who loves to lean against my person and just be near them.
