About Smokey & Bandit

We're Smokey and Bandit - a bonded pair of 8-year-old Morkie brothers, and we come as a package deal! You can spot me, Smokey, in my dashing blue harness, and my partner in crime Bandit rocks the red. We landed in rescue when our elderly owner could no longer care for us, but don't let our story make you sad - we are healthy, happy, and ready for our next adventure together! We are total people magnets - we love meeting new friends and will never let you go to the potty alone again (you're welcome). I am a stuffie fanatic and will proudly carry my toys everywhere, while Bandit brings the smiles. We're housebroken, great on leash, love car rides, and sleep in bed - yes, we have our own beds, but your bed is obviously better. Treats? Meh. We're more motivated by love - which is good, because we're both a little fluffy around the middle! We would do best in a home with a fenced yard since we love to explore. We haven't been tested with cats, and while we have no experience with children, a home with older, dog-savvy kids might be a good fit with proper introductions. We've really only ever had each other, so other dogs are a bit of an unknown! Our few meet-and-greets have been a little rocky, so we'd need a slow and patient introduction process - and honestly, being your one and only furry pair? We're totally fine with that.
