��%8D� Meet Mario ��%8D� 1.8 lbs | 8 weeks old | Chihuahua mix Mario is the quiet thinker of the group. He can be a little shy at first, but don't let that fool you-this boy is smart. Once he feels safe, his personality starts to shine, and you can see just how much potential he has. He's the kind of puppy that will bond deeply with his person and really blossom in a patient, understanding home. If you enjoy watching a dog come out of their shell and build confidence, Mario is incredibly rewarding. He is not potty trained, crate trained, or leash trained yet, so his adopter will need to be ready to guide him through those basics. With the right leadership and routine, he's going to do great. Mario would do best in a home where someone is around more often than not, giving him the consistency and reassurance he needs. He's expected to be around 10 lbs full grown. Mario will be placed on a foster-to-adopt agreement until he can be neutered by our veterinarian. Once that is complete, the adoption will be finalized. Adoption Info: All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/ neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption. Our requirements are non-negotiable and include the following: All current pets in the home must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age, unless there is a documented medical exemption with veterinary confirmation. All current dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) vaccinations. All current dogs must be on consistent, consecutive heartworm prevention. Past dogs listed on the application must also show a consecutive history of heartworm prevention.
