About chompy

this is a long shot. i have a neighbor who's 1 year 4-month-old XL Pitt bit his 11-year-old daughter today. He broke skin, but nothing really bad. I have first responder experience and took care of her arm. I believe it was a food aggression issue. I 'blame' the father. The dog is unsocialized for the past 6 months or so, gets no exercise and is stuck in a 2-room apartment all day. If the dog starts barking the father locks him in the bedroom. He gets 1-2 short walks a day and goes to a dog park after 8pm. He is not a bad dog. I have offered to take him out but the father laughs it off. Animal control is coming tomorrow to get him and put him down. I have the owner's permission to try to find someone like you who can take the dog. We are in Vermont.
