Cash von Saxler is a soulful 5 year old German Shepherd mix with a heart of gold and a gentle, easygoing nature. Cash is a dream on the leash, walking by your side and occasionally leaning into your leg for a reassuring 'hug' or a butt scratch. Standing at 25 inches tall, he is a smart boy who already knows his sit, down, and stay, and he is currently learning 'gentle' and 'careful' commands with the help of some tasty treats. He is a good greeter who loves making new friends, whether they have two legs or four, and he has recently begun showing his playful side in playgroups-even making his first successful attempts at playing with submissive female dogs. While he is social and loves being close for body rubs, he appreciates a moment to sniff and get to know new people entering his home. Cash is housebroken and has a history of doing well with children and even a small female dog, making him a wonderful candidate for a family looking for a loyal, medium-energy companion to stay right by their side.
