Sam is a 1-year-old pup with a big heart and so much potential. He came to his finder's home on his own-wearing a chewed-off leash-which suggests his past may not have been the kindest. Despite that, Sam has remained incredibly loving, resilient, and eager to connect with people. He would do well in a home that can continue to build his confidence and provide structure, consistency, and love. Because of his instincts, Sam is not a fit for homes with chickens or small livestock. Sam is currently being cared for by a kind family who took him in, but due to health challenges in the household, they are no longer able to keep him long-term.
