He is neutered, microchipped, and ready to find a home that matches his adventurous spirit. Murphy is incredibly intelligent and eager to please. He loves playing with kids and gets along well with other dogs. After he's burned off some energy, he's just as happy curling up on the couch for snuggles. He is crate trained and currently working on house training. Murphy does have a strong prey drive and a love for adventure - he can climb fences and will chase wildlife if given the chance. Because of this, he would do best in a home with a secure yard or with someone experienced and committed to keeping him safe and well-exercised. Like many smart, active dogs, Murphy can get bored if he doesn't have enough stimulation, and may dig holes to entertain himself. With the right environment, exercise, and attention, he will thrive and make a loyal, loving companion.
