Meet Oliver ��%90%BE�Ϭ 9 years old, 10 lbs, Maltipoo�'�| and already practicing his role as someone's shadow. Oliver may take a little time to settle in, which makes sense-he's been in a few different hands in his lifetime. But once he feels safe, he chooses his person and sticks close. The kind of loyalty you can't fake. He loves to nap and his favorite place is right next to you. When he's not cuddled up, he's outside doing his very important backyard rounds-making sure everything is in order before finding the perfect sunny spot to relax. He gets along great with other dogs and is always curious about what they're up to-just in case he might miss something. A few things to know: �'ۢ Loves car rides ��s� �'ۢ Will bark at new people�'�| for about a minute, then melts as soon as they give him attention �'ۢ Crate trained (with a quick 'I object' moment at first) �'ۢ Housebroken if taken out regularly and will let you know when he needs out �'ۢ Eats great ��%8D%BD��%8F (on a chicken-free diet) �'ۢ Needs a little help jumping up, but handles steps just fine �'ۢ Will require regular grooming ����%8F He's been around a young child and did well, warms up quickly once he knows everything's okay, and while cats are a mystery�'�| squirrels are absolutely not his friends. Turtles? Jury's still out ���� Oliver isn't just looking for a home-he's looking for his person. And once he finds them, he's all in. Adoption Info: All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/ neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption. Our requirements are non-negotiable and include the following: All current pets in the home must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age, unless there is a documented medical exemption with veterinary confirmation. All current dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) vaccinations. All current dogs must be on consistent, consecutive heartworm prevention. Past dogs listed on the application must also show a consecutive history of heartworm prevention.
