Milo is truly the sweetest boy. He was adopted in Horry County, South Carolina and is currently located in Northern Virginia. His backstory is hard to hear as he was used as a bait dog in a fighting ring, and left to die on the side of the road. After hearing his story, his adopter, a college student who wanted to do something good, adopted him in the middle of march. After spending his time at her home in Virginia, he fostered a beautiful bond with his adopters sixteen year old brother. Unfortunately, his adopter came home from school and he felt this bond was being threatened. While he can be incredibly sweet, he is also strong and his adopter realized that he was too much dog for her to handle. As much as the family loves him, due to her moms injuries and busy work/school schedules, they are unable to keep him in their home. This has unfortunately driven the family to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome. Milo is such a good dog, and needs a family with time and energy to spend with him. With the proper care, love, and training he will be the perfect dog. The adopter and her family are commited to ensuring Milo finds his furever home, and is loved forever. He is sleepy, cuddly, and fun. Although he has his challenges, Milo will make the perfect companion for someone who loves excersise, and is commited to rehabilitating him.
