Hi all! Meet Nutter Butter, a 16 year old Northern Blue Tongue with a love for blueberries, eggs, and mealworms! My husband and I are expecting a baby in September, and have made the unfortunate decision to rehome Nutter Butter to free up the room he is currently in for the baby. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old, and I love him dearly so I will not be in a rush to rehome him, as I want to ensure he is going to the best home possible. I can include all of his tank necessities, as well as the turf and outer cage if wanted (I use those to give him more roaming freedom without being completely loose in the house as the tank is a wee bit small by itself for him). He is about 18-19 inches long if I had to guess, with the cage being 24x48 inches. I haven't handled him nearly as often in the past year or so, so he is a bit more skiddish now than he used to be. Very easy to take care of, but I would caution around kids handling him due to his slight skittish nature now. He is not a picky eater at all, and loves nearly all fruits, veggies and protein sources with some obvious favorites among others :) If you're interested, I would love to know your home situation that he would be going in, and if you've had experience with reptiles before. There will be a rehoming fee for him to ensure seriousness in his care.
