He is slow to accept and will need patience and gentleness to settle into a new home. Once he is comfortable, he is loving and active. He does need a canine companion to make him complete. He is totally wary of strangers and will retreat. He is gentle and never aggressive. He needs a fenced yard to keep him safe. He prefers to live outside. He has had 6 weeks of training with a professional trainer, so he is perfect on leash and knows basic commands. His foster family is open to visits and consults on Sitka.
