About Cash

Meet Cash, a 5 year old, 8 lb. Havanese with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. ���� Cash is settling beautifully into foster care after his heartbreaking ordeal and showing us what a wonderful companion he is. He absolutely adores children. He's been exposed to people of all ages (from toddlers to adults) and has done fantastic with everyone, though he can be a little shy around men at first. This sweet boy is very easygoing. He's not particularly playful and he peacefully coexists with both dogs and cats and mostly just does his own thing. That said, he has discovered the joy of zoomies, and it's as adorable as you'd imagine! Cash would be perfectly content joining you for a nice walk or spending the day relaxing on the couch. He's truly the definition of a laid back companion. His only 'work in progress' right now is house training, he's doing well overall and in just a few day has started going outside in addition to the wee wee pads. Cash does prefer not to be alone and will bark for a bit when left without a human nearby, though he does eventually settle. He would thrive in a home where someone is around more often than not, or with adopters willing to help him build confidence when alone.
