Location: Raleigh, NC Please consider adopting so that she doesn't have to go back to an overcrowded shelter who euthanizes daily! Meet Betsy-aka 'Big Betz!' This ~3-year-old, spayed pup has completed heartworm treatment and is ready for her forever home. Betsy does everything BIG: she's a cuddly 'big spoon' who loves to be close, a total foodie (not picky at all), and a toy- and ball-loving goof. She can be a little shy with new people but warms up into a loyal, affectionate Velcro dog. At 75+ lbs, Betsy is strong and full of energy, so she'll do best with an experienced handler and ideally a yard. Because of her size and enthusiasm, she's not a fit for homes with small children or unsteady adults. She also has a high prey drive, so no cats or small animals.
