Meet Cesar! An active boy who is always ready to give you tons of kisses! Cesar is 5 years old, 52 pounds, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, crate-trained, and housebroken. Cesar loves his walks and his cuddle time! He longs for his very own human and has waited far too many days in the shelter environment. He is a loyal boy who would do best with a family dedicated to ensuring his future is secure by being hands-on with Cesar in training. This will create a loving bond with Cesar and build a trusting and unbreakable relationship.
