* 8 month old German Shepherd/Terrier mix * not neutered yet but he will be * owner surrender; they had too many dogs and unable to care for them * weighs 82 pounds * heartworm negative * shy at first but sweet once he feels safe * submissive to people * new to leashes but he appears to be a fast learner and should pick up things quickly * gentle treat taker * wants to please * welcomed pets and back rubs Romeo is a wonderful and sweet boy who is a little overwhlemed in the noisy and unfamiliar sheter enbvironment. He welcomed me into his kennel space to get to know him better and we quickly became friends. He sat in my lap and enjoyed all the extra attention and pets. He is submissive, gentle and he wants to please. He is new to leashes but he's smart and quick to pick up on new things. I'm sure he will be happy to walk right along beside you once he is in a safe and loving home. Please give this sweet pup a chance ,he needs you! Our shelter is full!
