About Malachi

Hello, My name is Alyssa, and I am reaching out to ask for help with my Queensland Heeler, Malachi. He was born on 12/12/2021 and is neutered and current on all of his shots. This is an extremely difficult message for me to send because Malachi is family to me, but I am facing a housing crisis and may soon become homeless. I want to make sure he is safe and placed in the right home rather than waiting until it becomes an emergency. Malachi is a very smart, loyal dog with a lot of potential. He has primarily lived with me and my son, so he is deeply bonded to his family. I want to be fully transparent that he can show food aggression and may be wary of men at first. Because of that, I believe he would do best with an experienced adopter or foster who understands herding breeds and is willing to give him time to adjust. I am looking for guidance, foster placement, surrender options, or any resources you may be able to offer.
