About Phoebe

Phoebe is an amazing and resilient little pup that was born on 3/18/26 with 6 siblings. Her momma dog (named POOH BEAR) was rescued as she was being walked to the euthanasia room at a TN shelter. A volunteer saved her life and Pooh Bear delivered 7 precious pups 2 weeks later. Phoebe is as sweet as she is beautiful. She loves to snuggle and play.
