About Jack

Jack is a cuddly, trained 1 year old rescue. He's a very loyal, loving pup who prefers to end everyday cuddled up on the couch sleeping in your lap. He's been to daycare several days a week since he was 5 months old and loves to play with other dogs, particularly large breeds. He's crate and house trained, and knows basic commands. As he turned 1 his protective instincts have developed and he had a bite incident where he thought he was protecting me from another man. I live in an apartment in the city and travel often so he is often staying with friends. Given the protective instinct, I'm looking for the right home for him which would be in a house with a large fenced yard or out on a farm/property where he can chase squirrels and get plenty of exercise each day. He's an incredible pup who is very loyal to his human and just needs to find the right home setting where he can thrive.
