He came from a hoarding situation with over 80 other dogs, and now he's finally getting his chance to learn what love, safety, and a real home feel like. Right now, he's what we like to call a 'little shadow.' Wherever his foster mom goes, he's right behind her, soaking up comfort and security. He's still learning to be brave in this big new world, but every day he's making small, meaningful progress. He currently lives with three much larger foster siblings and does well overall, though he can get a bit protective of his person and may give a quick snap if they get too close. It's clear he just wants to feel safe, and with time, patience, and guidance, he'll continue to grow more confident. He's also working on some important basics: 'ۢ Learning to eat independently (he's been used to being hand-fed) 'ۢ Potty training (currently using a belly band while he learns) 'ۢ Building confidence in new environments The good news? He's already mastered a few things: 'ۢ Sleeps wonderfully through the night in bed 'ۢ Loves to cuddle and relax in his kennel during the day 'ۢ Bonds deeply with his person This sweet boy is looking for a patient, understanding home that will give him the time he needs to blossom. A quieter home would be ideal, with someone who can continue building his confidence and helping him feel secure. If you're looking for a loyal little companion who will stick by your side and love you endlessly, he might just be your perfect match. Give this brave little guy the second chance he deserves
