Flora is a young little female Chihuahua mix that was found abandoned in a small carrier behind a Goodwill store in #LongBeach without any food or water :( Flora was extremely nervous when she arrived (still stuck in her tiny travel carrier), she is still trying to adjust to scary shelter environment.
