We found out about him in March and immediately rescued him. He is lucky to have survived. He's a small bun, slightly shy but who can blame him after what he endured. He's warming up nicely to receive head pets and is a volunteer favorite. He has a hearty appetite, good litter box of habits and loves his pellets. He keeps a tidy enclosure and might like a bunwife. He is young and energetic and enjoys his exercise time to do binkies, zoomies and dash through his play tunnel! What a joy to watch! Pennley was neutered on April 7 2026. He has an estimated DOB of fall of 2025. Pennley should be housed in an exercise pen or free roam. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is always open and an exercise pen placed around it. (Nylon, pop-up playpens are not recommended as a rabbit will chew right through it!) Please be over 21 if inquiring about Pennley Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment. Pennley can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information.��%BD%A0 PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you've never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit!
