Houdini wants attention, affection and to be a part of your world! He will jump out of his 36' tall exercise pen when he wants attention (I need to add a cover to it). Ideally, he would be free roaming or have a tall/covered pen. He's not afraid of anything! He's gregarious, inquisitive and loves to play. He's super easy to approach, pick up and cuddle. He definitely tooth purrs to show his contentment. He has the typical fantastic disposition of a Havana rabbit. He just wants to be loved. Houdini was neutered on April 7 2026. He has an estimated DOB of Spring of 2025. Houdini does have a heart murmur. Houdini should be housed in a 42' tall exercise pen or exercise pen with a cover or free roam. He is a jumper. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is always open and an exercise pen placed around it. (Nylon, pop-up playpens are not recommended as a rabbit will chew right through it!) Please be over 21 if inquiring about Houdini. Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment. Houdini can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information.��%BD%A0 PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you've never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
