About Koda

Koda is a 50 lb female with a solid foundation and a lot of potential. She has completed 4 months of professional waterfowl retriever training and has been introduced to basic casting work. She's a smart dog that just needs continued time and consistency to really come into her own. Koda can be a little shy around new people and is still gaining confidence around gunfire, so she'll do best with someone patient who's willing to keep working with her. With the right owner, she has all the tools to develop into a great companion and hunting partner. We bought her as a gift for our 17 yo duck hunter and he simply doesn't have the time to give her the attention and continued training she deserves, and we'd love to see her go to a home where she can reach her full potential. Open to selling some of her accessories as well (training collar, Gunner crate, etc.).
