About Nellie

Nellie is a very sweet Yellow Lab mix who is 5 years old and 72 lbs. She's such a great girl who was surrendered to Long Road Home Rescue by her owners when they could no longer take care of her. She has such a wonderful temperament and seeks out love and affection from her Foster Mom. She gets along very well with other dogs and she just loves kids! She was raised with 2 children and we think she really misses them. She's a very sweet girl and we are dedicated to finding her a loving family who will always take care of her. We know puppies are very popular but dogs like Nellie are the true treasure. She's loving, affectionate, calm, easy to live with and will be a devoted member of your family. Dogs know when they've been rescued! Nellie is healthy, up to date on all her vaccinations and house-trained. She's just waiting for her happily ever after life.
