CODE RED - PALMDALE, CA SHELTER (LA COUNTY) in So CAL- 'COCO' ID #A5768996 - 72 hr warning of EUTHANASIA given 4/18, she may be EUTHANIZED 4/22! Needs ADOPTER, FOSTER AND/OR RESCUE TO SAVE HER LIFE! Female chow mix who came in previously shaved and full of foxtails, already spayed Listed as a 6 year old chow mix, the shelter says her owner surrendered her on 4/11 but we are unclear of the reason. What we know is that she came in with many foxtails and bleeding near her thorax, suggesting her former home was not a positive environment. Despite this, she could be handled for an exam, although understandably a bit tense. The shelter says she is 50 lbs, spayed and ready to go home.
