She is in Great Falls, transportation to other parts of the state is available. Meili has had a rough time, she was found stray, and it appears she was abandoned. She is still cautious of new people, but is connecting and bonding to the people who are taking care of her. She is making notable, daily progress. This girl needs an owner with plenty of experience, a history of Chow experience is ideal, but not required. She needs someone who can provide a safe and fulfilling life for her. Once she understands that you are safe, she warms up and begins to trust. Gaining her confidence is very rewarding, and this girl will be a devoted pet. There must be a secure fenced yard that she cannot get out of. We don't really know how she is with other dogs, she seems indifferent when they are in the yard next to her, but we have not had her with any yet. Giving this dog a full life, and helping her recover from her past, will be a very rewarding experience for the right person.
