About Oni

Meet Oni! This foster puppy is looking for her forever home. She is a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix (PomChi) and looks like a mini coyote fox :) She is approximately 10-12 weeks old, and expected to stay small, likely under 8 lbs full grown. She is sweet, gentle, playful, and confident, and very human-oriented while still able to settle on her own without constant attention. She enjoys car rides, being carried, cuddling in your lap, and also happily naps on her donut-shaped bed. She is doing well with potty training and is mostly crate trained, and will vocalize in the morning when she's ready to come out. She is learning to walk on a leash and is off to a good start. She plays well with other dogs and has been great with kids. She can be vocal at times when she wants something but settles on her own quickly, and she is alert and aware of her surroundings. She is still a young puppy, so continued training, structure, and consistency will be important as she grows. She would be a great fit for someone looking for a small dog who already has a solid foundation started and is ready to continue that work.
